After this I spent about 4 years at Five Flies Restaurant in Cape Town CBD. After this I moved to Mont Rochelle Hotel and Mountain Vineyards. I started here as a wine sommelier and then moved on to become the Food and Beverage manager. I was there for 5 years before moving to Granny Mouse where I have been for almost a year,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>For him working in the Hospitality industry is not always hard work and long hours, as he finds it very rewarding and lives by the motto \u201cGet it done no matter what!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In his spare time, you will find Du Toit enjoying some cycling, fishing, or wine tasting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mouton Du Toit (33) was recently appointed as Assistant General Manager at Granny Mouse Country House &amp; Spa.
